Sure thing - bookkeeping cleanups is a service we offer and it is essential to get started. We want to capture every expense and payment in your business so you can get the clearest picture possible.

What bookkeeping software do you use?

We work exclusively with QuickBooks Online.

What add-on services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We have many add-on services that we offer based on the industry you are in and the needs of the business. Our most common are belowProject Tracking - From the initial estimate that you send to your customer, converting the estimate to an invoice, to applying the final payment we make sure that all of the data is accurate and where it is supposed to be. Class Tracking - This is a great tool to track cost with out the extra weight of project tracking. Receipt Tracking - Sick of having stacks of receipts and can never find the receipt you are looking for? We can take care of the receipts on our end making it easier (and less cluttered) on your end. If you are in the construction and/or Real Estate Investor industry these are highly recommended!

Do you provide virtual or in-person services?

We primarily provide virtual services. This allows us and our clients to maintain their flexibility and quickly get back to the work they love.

Do you provide tax services?

We currently do not offer any tax services at this time. We are currently exploring the option of adding 1099 tracking and filings. There will be an announcement made when we will be offering this!
